A fantabulous thing about Japanese apartments is they're
teensy-weensy.
So when you watch a horror flick,
you don't have to check that many rooms
for ghosts or murderers.
You just turn on the hall light
and you're good.
...
Except...
...
being alone is still scary...

ReplyDeleteso what movie did you watch?? i hate scary movies. i can't watch them. :/
also, that photograph is pretty terrifying. and did you notice the blocks by the monster's right hand? they spell daddy. and for some reason, that makes it even creepier to me. like the monster ate her daddy. :( dislike. hahahaha.
love, liz.
I watched an independent short film called, "Chatter" (and nearly bit clean through my tongue). And now I'm watching the sixth season of Supernatural. Because I'm smart like that.
ReplyDeleteAnd yeah! This picture is really creepy... I took it to mean the little girl wants her daddy, but I guess it could mean that too! >< Scary business.
Just reading this post and thinking about watching a horror film alone in the dark makes me nervous!
ReplyDeleteHaha! I love it! I think I did that to myself a few times while I was in Japan. Only I slept in a loft.... Sometimes all I could do was pull the covers over my head and pray no one would see me if they climbed up there. It didn't help that when ever the people in the apartment above me came home, after midnight, it sounded like they had gotten into my apartment. :( I didn't like that at all.
